Q. How long will it take for me to receive my product after ordering?

A. Maxim Lighting typically ships all orders within 24-48 business hours. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships.

 

Q. How do I install my Maxim Lighting fixture or fan?

A. Your Maxim Lighting product comes with installation instructions in English, French and Spanish. If you lose your installation instructions, you can view them on any of our product web pages by clicking the “Assembly Instructions” link in the “Resources” tab. We always recommend that you consult with a licensed electrician prior to installing any of our products.

 

Q. How do I care for my Maxim Lighting fixture?

A. On polished finishes, often using talc powder can reduce the appearance of fingerprints and other smudges. For respective shade surfaces, use the appropriate cleansers, i.e. glass cleaner. Always clean the fixture body with a soft cloth and mild detergent, do not use abrasive or harsh cleaners. We recommend that you periodically (every 90-180 days) check the fixtures screws to make sure that they are fully tightened. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat sources as they may cause glazing, melting and scorching, or even cause the color to fade.

Q. Can I return my product if I do not like it?

A. Yes, we offer a full refund on all online purchases of products if they are returned in the condition in which they were sold, within 90 days of delivery. Please see our “Returns” page for details and instructions.
