Need to return your purchase?

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a problem and wish to return any products, just return it using the instructions below and we will be happy to credit or refund it.

 

Maxim Lighting Return Instructions:

We offer a full refund on all online purchases of products within 90 days of delivery.

In order to initiate the return process please contact us between 8am and 5pm PT at costconext@maximlighting.com or 800-486-2946 ext. 1318

Our team will confirm that your purchase is eligible for return and provide a prepaid UPS return label. You will need to print this label and either schedule a pickup with UPS, or bring the item(s) to a location that accepts UPS shipments.

Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Items that were received more than 90 days prior to return cannot be accepted.

 

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and you will receive confirmation of refund, if approved. 

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please note most banks and financial institutions take 7-10 business days to process and post the refund.
